We have launched Model-70510 Double Ended Shear Beam PIN Load Cell for various automation applications.   Load pin is provided with key slot for load directions, anti rotation and retaining purpose. This is constructed from heat treated stainless steel. It is suitable for harsh, corrosive & hygienic industries. Pin load cell is available from 500KGf to 50Tf capacities with Safety overload: 300% Rated Capacity, Rated output is 1.0mV/V; Environmental protection is IP 65 class.                                                                                                                   

Applications includes Elevator, Crane and Hoist load monitor, Rope / Cable tension measurement by inserting as D-shackle pin, Tow bar connection, Conveyer belt, Clevis pin, Pulley and roller shafts can be replaced by load pin to monitor load. It also finds applications in Front end loader, Rail road coupling, Portable dynamometer, Automation applications in various industries like weighing, Process, Pharma, Chemical, Food, Cement, Fertilizer, Dairy, Robotics, Packaging, Textile and many others.
