Our RFS is designed for the measurements and controls of tension on larger web and wire machinery where the guide rolls are typically mounted on pillow block bearings.

This RFS offers accurate tension measurement in a compact, all in one package. Allowing easy installation and minimising any modification in the existing framework.

RFS are typically applied in pairs, these results in a total tension measurement regardless of web position and differences in edge tensions.

Tension sensing permits indication and control for consistent product quality & negligible deflection of RFS helps web tracking. Unwinding with optimum tension control assures smooth feeding of web into the process and prevents web damages.

This is strain gage based load cell with temperature compensation suitable for industrial environment. It is very linear, reliable and rugged.

Capacity covered is from 10kgf. to 100kgf. it can be provided in higher range also, suitable for customers requirements.

This is also supplied with electronic hardwares like-junction box for summing signals of paired load cells and electronic display.
